The article considers the possibility of decision making procedure development for the evaluation of transport attraction according to the criterion of transport attraction. The development of decision making for the eveluation of transport projects transporting passengers in electric transport, can scientifically develop the use of decision making theory in transport and electric energy resources planning with the use of modern information technologies. Today there is a single - valued solution nor in Latvia neither in the world on the electric energy consumption decreasing in electric transport. Practical application of the results is decreasing of electric energy consumption.
