the paper dedicated the analysis of a full-scale experiment on the artificial creation of an asynchronous regime and its automatic prevention, as well as an complex analysis of the operation of out-of-step protection automatic devices for the elimination of asynchronous regime and gives some recommendations how to develop of out-of-step device adaptive algorithms.
