This article is devoted to the problems of management and profitability of large-scale hybrid photovoltaic and pumped storage power plants. The decision-making methodology for substantiating the taxation is proposed. An optimisation problem is solved. The rationality of changing the rules of payment for transmission grid services is shown. Based on long-term forecasts of photovoltaic generation and changes in electricity market prices, the NPV of the cash flow is estimated and the acceptable time of return on investment is proved. The economic indicators of the technologies under consideration and distributed small photovoltaic plants are compared.
