A short description of a progressive, career-oriented Management Dynamics Game ‘New ORSIAM Int’l’ that is developed by Prof. Henri Muller (-Malek) from the University of Ghent (Belgium) is presented in the paper. Special intention is given to the game educational goals, teaching methods, specific features and support tools. The game has been taught at the Riga Technical University since 1993. Experiences of the game management and teaching at the Riga Technical University are described in the paper.
