Egils Ginters, Emils Dimitrovs

Technological developments ensure the well-being of society, but unrea-soned introduction can be detrimental to both society and the environment. It is important for technology authors and investors to know whether the technology will be accepted, adopted and used to reap the benefits of the fi-nancial resources invested. The article deals with hidden impacts and effects that can affect the sustainability of technology and assessment forecasts. Bayesian networks are proposed for risk assessment of foggy effects.
