The present work is focused on the analytically based simulation of ultrasonic guided waves (GWs) piezo-electrically generated in samples mimicking waveguide properties of tubular bones. The studies are aimed to identify signs predicting osteoporosis. The developed computer models are based on the explicit GW representations in terms of the inverse Fourier transform path integrals of the waveguide’s Green matrix and the residue technique for GW extraction.
