The paper is devoted to using of high-speed power inverter micro modules for plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) process. To carry GaN transistors GS66508T have been chosen, so these transistors have small cases and good frequency properties. Modules of current regulators created on the basis of selected transistors. The test bench makes possible to investigate the dynamic adjustment capabilities of the PEO. A linear approximation of the PEO voltage and current pulse is proposed. Using the results of this approximation, the algorithm for dynamic control of the PEO process is developed. The algorithm is implemented on the signal processor. For two control pulse repetition frequencies the results of the dynamic adjustment of the PEO are given.
