The impact of academic staff exchange, the positive impact on students' career development, and joining efforts in updating study programs on a regional level is a very important task for Baltic regional capacity building in higher education. The development of mobility projects for Higher Education and academic content sharing by tutoring in the partner institutions is targeted to improve study program content and share best practices at the Regional level.
