This paper explores various approaches to optimizing the control of renewable power plants. These methods include selecting design parameters, optimizing power system interconnections, and using hierarchical and data transmission systems to control both individual plants and the overall power system. The focus is on optimizing the initial location of power plants, as well as energy and electrical calculations for optimal control modes, considering the integration of renewable power plants into the power grid. The paper also considers conditions for optimal control, such as monitoring power plant behaviors and its impact to the overall power system. Different types of wind turbines and power output control methods are analyzed, with an emphasis on their potential to improve the operation of the power system.
