Innovative Solutions in Planning and Management of Transportation of Forestry and Agriculture Products: Project Summary

The paper summarises practical work in completed project on topic of innovative solutions in planning and management of transportation of forestry and agriculture products. The objective of the reviewed project is to make research on development of economically useful and efficient logistics modelling and management system. Paper reviews main research activities performed, and main practical outcomes achieved within this project. A short description of proposed methodology in overall is given with details to models provided. Practical results from experimental simulation analysis are reviewed in context of possible organisational and management solutions for joint management of transportation of forestry and agriculture products.
