Designing the environment appropriate to office employees where productive work and suitable working conditions coexist involves the research and analysis of the newest technological advances, human factors and the novelties of productive organization process linked to design. The aim of this work is to reflect the results of research carried out in Latvia on the offer and qualities of textile decoration of bureau chairs, and to provide the review on the characteristic traits of owners and architects (designers) that influence the choice of textile materials when creating ergonomic, comfortable esthetic and ecologically friendly interior design of bureaus. The research has been performed in cooperation with the representatives from the largest bureaus of Latvia and with the assistance from world famous producers of bureau chairs in Latvia. The results of the research are reflected in the presentations of graphic, pictures and the interior details. The conclusion of the work provides with the extract of conclusions and offers by emphasizing the most essential conclusions and suggestions.
