We demonstrate record transmission of 256 Gbaud OOK, 175 Gbaud PAM4 and 145 Gbaud PAM6 using a C-band differential-drive silicon photonics traveling-wave MachZehnder modulator, achieving BER performance below the 6.25% HD-FEC threshold after 100 m SMF transmission.
