From the mathematical point of view modelling of processes of diversification is based on the use of resource allocation algorithms. This determines the interest to existing distribution models. As a result of research of the existing methods of resource distribution, which could serve as a basis for elaboration of strategies of diversification of enterprises, the following classes of tasks could be singled out. The single multi-stage distribution, which is characteristic for the physically visible stages of distribution, is linked with the necessity to provide reservation of parts for further successful order processing. In our case the use of similar methods for straightforward solving of distribution tasks is not acceptable, as in its work no single enterprise can be oriented only towards the final stage of the distribution period, and management of an enterprise always have plans for strategic development. Distribution of homogenous and non-homogenous resources The transition from homogenous towards non-homogenous resources is making the task of distribution even more difficult. Our intention is to consider only homogenous investment resources. However, by including into the model the borrowed means, which have different characteristics, it becomes possible to apply the methods of this group. The procedure of collective choice is the basis of the mechanism offered and also the basis of almost all management mechanisms. Every participant of the expert group has his own point of view on what kind of policy an enterprise should follow for reaching the best financial results and these points of view do not coincide. Collective decision takes account of the policy of an enterprise, which would have been chosen in this situation by separate participants. As a result of the use of this procedure it is
