Profiles from the Wastes of Stamping Production

It was shown, that profiles on the base of perforated steel bands, which are wastes of stamping production, could be used as a load bearing and reinforcing elements of wall structures. Using of profiles on the base of perforated steel band together with the glued joints enables to improve wall structure. It was stated by the experiment, that gypsum glue CE 3000, produced by the farm SEMIN, has enough shear strength (more than 0,073kg/mm2) to take up dead weight of protective plates of wall structure. It was stated, that profiles on the base of perforated steel bands could be used as distancing elements for reinforced concrete floors production. Distancing elements on the base of profiles have increased till 200 mm height and length till 2500 mm. Load-bearing capacity of double-T-shaped and U-shaped distancing elements was evaluated experimentally. It was shown that load-bearing capacity of distancing elements is bigger, than 1,2 KN.
