New type of hybrid composite cable on the base of steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).
Hybrid composite cable with increased, in comparison with carbon fiber composite cable (CFCC), breaking elongation and decreased, in comparison with the steel cables, dead weight.
Mainly for prestressed saddle-shaped cable roofs.
