the aim of this paper is to introduce the model for intelligent high voltage substations to solve the problem of safety power supply for electrical railway substations. Main goals of research are steady power supply of safety level in electrical railway substations, to solve tasks of diagnostics and to detect the emergency situations. This paper presents the model and intelligent network of substation for safety power supply by electrical railway. The paper presents the model of generalized scheme for electric power supply by electrical traction railway substation, railway automatic devices and telemechanical control devices. Power supply using artificial intelligence devices is one of the main tasks of safety intelligent network of substation. It uses all methods such as bond graph, intelligent devices for solving of the tasks of control, diagnostics and optimization. Diagnostics task for safety of power supply in the railway transport is the following - development of models and algorithm for intelligent devices to prevent and detect the emergency situation, development of models for optimal control task for safety of power substation systems in railway transport. For the evaluation method by safety and security tasks solution is taken. Ele¬ments of bond graphics are used to de¬scribe the in¬tel¬li¬gent con¬trol of power net¬works. The al¬go¬rithm is worka¬ble as regu¬lar main¬te¬nance as for emer¬gen¬cies.
