Continuing education and delivery is an important issue in modern society. Wide range of accessible information technology (IT) as well as potential of new technologies allows people to learn throughout the life-course. Turbulent life change and rapidly changing demand for new knowledge and skills defines necessity for development of more dynamic continuing education. Turbulent IT development and short amount of time for learning activities emphasize requirement for comprehensive methodology for design and development of continuing education. A holistic approach has to be applied to solve above mentioned problem. Visual modeling is nowadays used for many purposes in most industrial sectors and application areas as well as for knowledge development and continuing education. To represent and visualize the all aspects of continuing education development of two- and many-dimensional model has to be applied. The paper demonstrates application of an enterprise modeling (EM) method that incorporates IT technologies to identify users’ needs and match them to appropriate learning curricula to suit their needs and interests. There is wide range of options for continuing education as face to face courses as well as online. The aim of this article is to support the continuing education process in learning communities according to the learning situation, learner needs and available technology in a particular time, place according to the learning situation.
