Anotācija Darba mērķis ir papildfunkciju pievienošana kokvilnas materiāliem, ko var sasniegt uzklājot materiāliem metāla pārklājumu. Uznestā pārklājuma kvalitāte un noturība ir atkarīga no tekstilmateriāla virsmas tīrības un struktūras, tāpēc kvalitatīvu metāla pārklājumu izveidošanai tekstilmateriāli pirms pārklājuma uznešanas jāpakļauj specifiskiem pirmapstrādes procesiem. Eksperimenta gaitā tika sagatavotas dažādas kokvilnas drānu paraugu grupas, kas tika pakļautas atšķirīgiem pirmapstrādes kompleksiem virsmas attīrīšanai variējot apstrādes laiku, izpētot un novērtējot pirmapstrādes laika un metodes ietekmes uz tekstilmateriālu fizikālām un mehāniskām īpašībām, kā arī to ietekmi uz pārklājuma virsmas kvalitāti un noturību.
Anotācija angļu valodā One of the main tasks of research is to impact the additional value on cotton fabrics by adding them new properties with a metal coating. Textile materials have intrinsic properties that make them very valuable: flexible, light weight, strong, large surface to volume ratio, good touch, softness, etc. Because of this, they are excellent for imparting additional functionalities. As it is very important to efficiently clean off all oils, waxes that are used in fabrics manufacturing process and dust and dirt particles to allow good interfacial contact between fabric surface and deposited metal, different material pre-treatment processing methods are being investigated to find the most successful one. Three different methods to increase adhesion force was examined: 1) to remove dust and organic matter from the surface of samples woven cotton fabric were first washed at temperature 90°C with detergent without optical brighteners, 2) after part of samples were immersed in acetone solution at room temperature for 3, 5, 10 and 15 minutes, and were washed twice with distilled water (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) at 40°C, the drying step was carried out on a horizontal surface. 3) part of samples are pre-treated by low pressure plasma in vacuum chamber UVN before vacuum evaporation starts. A particularly effective means of the removal levels of unwanted surface organic matter is low pressure plasma treatment. Fields of application are resizing, functionalizing, and design of surface properties of textile fibres. Plasma technology is suitable to modify the chemical structure as well as the topography of the surface of the material. In experiment was examined pre-treatment time with soaking time in acetone and with plasma ions does not cause destruction of fabric. In order to get a detailed insight into the change of the surface properties and develop a tool for comparative analysis the surface of sample was examined with the help of the laboratory laser complex. Metal coats are sufficiently even and metal concentration on sample of materials deviated from plasmas treatment time and physical pre-treatment time in acetone, with the greater time of plasmas pre-treatment and with soaking time in acetone for 5 min light reflection is more intensive. It can be seen that treatments with plasma ions have an important role in high-quality metal coating acquisition, because at the higher treatment times with the plasma ions reflected light intensity increased substantially. It means that the copper was well distributed on the fabric surface and more copper is deposited on surface. There is also seeing soaking time in acetone and plasma pre-treatment time interaction, that are explained not only by the sample surface structural, but also depends on how the combination of successive pre-treatment times.
