The need for broadband transmission channels for subscriber network from the fact that electronic communication has moved from passive mode (ie web pages, send emails, etc.) to the active mode (ie videoconferencing, virtual operating environments, etc., so the subscriber network is often necessary to combine fixed (wired) and wireless networks, while meeting the increasing demands for data transmission speeds will be necessary to ensure the transmission of data outside of today's wireless transmission standard, increasing the transmission frequency. Theoretical and experimental study has investigated ROF communication system developments and the realization opportunities through Standard singlemode (SSMF), multimode (MM) optical fibers, as well as passive optical networks (PON). evaluate and compare the advantages and disadvantages. ROF Experimentally determine realization opportunities using SSMF, MM fiber, and PON, and made the results of the analysis.
