Work Productivity Analysis in Clothing Production Lines

The preparations of the technological process of manufacturing in sewing companies with a wide assortment of production and an often changing range of models have to be done in as far shorter period of time as possible, providing maximal planning and production efficiency. To raise the efficiency of planning it is necessary to analyse the operations that meet the requirements of the assortment of the company and to choose the appropriate movements and conformable actions for the technological devices as well as work out an efficient sequence of movements and actions. The article deals with the problems of planning the technological processes in the production lines of women’s jackets and offers some solutions of these problems based on working out efficient sequence of movements and actions in the production process.
