The problems of risks are especially vital for such partners of construction as investors, who invest resources and in case of unfavorable circumstances have financial losses, or the effect of their investments is not the one they have been looking for. Being engaged in construction business in difficult economic circumstances special attention should be paid to determination, evaluation and minimization of all possible construction risks in order to guarantee further long-term construction development.
