HAp granules with improved sorbtion properties were produced; their potential application would be sorbtion of proteins, biological products purification and implant materials production for bone tissue defect filling. Using various methods, HAp granules for protein sorbtion research were manufactured, impact of sintering temperature on the sorbtion ability was evaluated, sintering temperature and holding time impact on the cell proliferation in vitro (MG63-GFP human ostheoblasts) was analyzed.
