2,6-Bis-(1,2,3-Triazolyl)-Purine Nucleosides and Their Reactivity towards Different Nucleophiles

In this study the synthesis of bistriazolyl purine nucleosides was accomplished in copper (I) catalyzed “click” reactions with different alkynes. Bistriazolyl derivatives have been exposed to nucleophilic attack with different amines and thioles, and new C(6) substituted purine derivatives have been obtained.
