Quality of higher education – effective and efficient study programs, productive learning procedures, activities and processes, effective management - leadership, governance and management. The quality management system consists of core, support and management processes which are providing quality, effectiveness and sustainability of higher education. The results of professional studies, training and practicing provide appropriate knowledge, skills and competences that are characterized by the bachelor's, master's and doctoral level qualification and the degree of professionalism. The efforts of quality improvement are implemented by university to establish more effective, efficient and sustainable studies and to raise the competitiveness of the graduates in local, national and international labour market. The study organization is based on effective change from teaching to learning.
