Feasibility of Powerful EM Permanent Magnets Pumps for Sodium

Method of theoretical calculation of magnetic field distribution for cylindrical magnetic rotor with Halbach array configuration of magnetic poles have been presented. The results of calculations have been compared with results of experimental measurements. The results of evaluations of parameters of powerful EM induction permanent magnets pump for sodium (pressure head up to P = 5.0 bars and flow rate at least Q = 1.0 m3/s) have been demonstrated.
