Human Capital Impact on the Cities Development

Human capital is important for the country's socio-economic factor in the development of competitive increases. Concentration in certain areas of human capital reduces the transfer of knowledge and new knowledge and ideas of creation and thus increases the cost of individual companies, as well as the productivity the region as a whole, with increased urban pressure on the country's overall development. Urban and regional growth and development of productivity growth associated with human capital clusters in the city, which possesses the knowledge creativity and innovation capacities. R. Florida, studying urban growth in the U.S. found that cities creativity index in the list are among the leaders, the economic development of faster, they have a higher GDP per capita and its growth continues while Swedish cities analysis showed that regions with higher creative class concentration level is higher population average wage per employee.
