Anotācija Studējošās jaunatnes ikdienas kustību aktivitātes kopumā ir nepietiekamas. Pētījuma mērķis ir nozīmīgāko sporta darbību aktivizējošo faktoru izvērtējums studentu skatījumā. Metodes: literatūras avotu analīze un 189 Latvijas Sporta pedagoģijas akadēmijas (LSPA) 2. un 4. kursa studentu aptauja. Kopumā jaunieši kā būtiskus motivējošus faktorus sportošanai izvērtē kvalitatīvu sporta darbības vidi, individuālos mērķus atbalstošu sociālo grupu un sabiedrības ieinteresētību aktīva dzīvesveida veidošanā. Studentu atziņas vēlams ņemt vērā Sporta politikas pamatnostādņu 2013. ̶ 2020. gadam vadlīniju izstrādē.
