Anotācija Darba laika normēšana pakalpojumu sniegšanas sfērā joprojām ir aktuāla problēma darbinieku produktivitātes un atalgojuma noteikšanai. Analizējot apkopējas darbu, uzkopjamās telpas tika uzskaitītas un klasificētas pēc izmantošanas nolūka pazīmēm, un fiksēta darbizpildes secība, zīmējot secības kartes un laika diagrammas. Pētījuma novitāte saistīta ar ražošanas procesos lietotās normēšanas metodikas adaptēšanu pakalpojumu sektorā. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādāta uzkopšanas darba speciālista darba laika izlietojuma noteikšanas metode.
Anotācija angļu valodā The analysis of work process and work measurement is the most important tool of manufacturing and service operations management which is permitting to solve issues of increasing labor productivity and effective use of human resources. The research has been conducted in the framework of the project financed by ESF “Practical Application of Labor Relations and Work Safety Normative Acts in Sectors and Enterprises” implemented by the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia (LDDK) in cooperation with company “DA Kompetentie Specialisti, SIA”. Within the research framework two pilot projects were implemented – one of them in a cleaning service company. In the service sector the work of cleaning companies was studied. In order to perform time measurement, firstly, the premises to be cleaned were itemized and classified according to their use, for example, office rooms, production premises, construction sites etc. The premises had to be subdivided into several types of according to their level of required cleaning standards, floor-space, m2, etc. The cleaning work measurement based on floor-space of the premises was permissible only in case when the space is empty – without any furniture in it. The floor-space of the premises was evaluated in accordance with the plan of the premises and density – by counting the objects in the room and estimating the density of the area. After analyzing the cleaning work sequence flow charts and sequence time diagrams were drawn. To make the analysis easier from the beginning the overall cleaning work process was subdivided into two parts – cleaning of surfaces and cleaning of floors. The work process sequence diagram made it possible to evaluate the proportions of the operation – transportation (movement), control and idle time as against the overall work execution time – as well as helps to identify odd work. After analyzing the result, all drawbacks were eliminated thus improving the work process and reducing the time loss during execution of the work. The time established by the analysis the tasks of the work and their sequence (operation, transportation, quality control, idle time, and combined operation) can be used to draw up the time diagram. In the case of the cleaning work, it is possible to isolate the cleaning time for each object. In visualization of the time diagram, the Gantt chart was used. In the work time analysis the total operation time amounted to 95.24 %, which was a good index as the work was executed consecutively and considerately. Transportation took 17.42 % of the total time and the auxiliary time to prepare the execution of the basic work was 11.51 %.On the basis of the research results the method for measuring the work time used by a cleaning specialist was elaborated.
