Impact of the Thermal Inertia of Buildings on the Energy Efficiency
International Symposium, Dedicated to the 150 Anniversary of the Faculty of Transport and Mechanical Engineering: Scientific Program and Book af Abstracts 2014

The development of sustainable energy policy is connected with the planning of the energy efficiency (EE) measures on all levels (municipal, regional and national). It is important to improve the action plans for the corresponding level. The created methodology for the criteria selection of the EE measures substantiates the criteria system and four main selection criteria: − The percentage of energy saving achieved by an EE measure in the total energy consumption before starting the EE measure (renovation of the building, etc.); − The cost of energy saving achieved by the EE measure; − Energy saving gained from the renewable energy resources (RES) (%) and (MWh); − The cost of 1 MWh of the saved energy.
