The position of real estate market phase in cycle is determined by variety of indicators that have a great significance for business planning. The purpose of the research is to identify how fluctuations of key macroeconomic and real estate market indicators influence construction and real estate business representatives and to define implementation of this knowledge in business management. Statistical, logical, data processing and analysis methods have been used in the research. The results of the research can be applied by real estate entrepreneurs, construction companies, developers, real estate investors and other market participants and for branch regulation improvements.
