This study includes the analysis of the key that will help to improve the quality of the real estate through the visual environment planning functions and evaluation of them in today’s world. The aim of the research is to investigate how the qualitive improvement of real estate projects through the visual environment planning functions including related economic aspects in the context influence real estate prices. The study includes a review of new and renovated high level real estate projects that were developed in Latvia within the period from 2014 to 2016. Several research methods such as literature analysis, comparison, statistical data analysis, logical access, and other research methods were used in the study. The important role is devoted to qualitative improvement of real estate projects through the visual environment planning functions that will trigger the potential conceptual solutions and increase the efficiency of it.
