The use of energy is linked to costs. More and more the world's population, including Latvian, attention is also paid to aspects such as energy dependence and climate change. Reducing the impact of these factors is diverse and is becoming more urgent and important, governments, scientists and entrepreneurs should be dealing with these problems. Directly or indirectly, every citizen in the world is related to reducing of the problem.
