We are very pleased to welcome our colleagues – young scientists and researchers from twenty two countries to the 2021 62nd International Scientific Conference on Information Technology and Management Science of Riga Technical University (ITMS), held in Riga, Latvia, 14 – 15 October 2021. The Information Technology is progressing and exploring new horizons, fundamentally transforming our society in recent decades, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, when information technologies are playing a crucial role in keeping our society functional in a time of lockdowns and quarantines.
