Environmentally Friendly Methods of Pulp Bleaching

In the present study, a new method for bleaching of pulp – bleaching with ammonium persulphate in acidic medium has been investigated. The process variables – amount of agents and reaction time were studied. The brightness and mechanical properties of bleached pulp were also investigated.
