For provision of e-teaching within a couple of projects funded by Europen Social Fund in Latvia was used selected for this purpose extension software working on the base of VoIP Skype. Collected by participants’ surveys information about interconnections’ quality was aggregated as well as was made subjective evaluation of software usage results within different technical environment. For provision of online e-teaching studies is necessary guaranteed services. Taking into account VOIP Skype’s both positive and negative properties recommendations for usage of VoIP Skype in e-teaching were presented.
