Management and assessment of company’s performance has a material role in ensuring corporate sustainability. The concept of enterprise life cycle emerged under the corporate management theory for the purpose of explaining changes undergone by an enterprise over the time. The publication concerns the concept of the existing link between performance indicators and enterprise life cycle phases, the most typical features and the regularity thereof.
