DC Motor Power Supply for Electric Kart

The aim of this paper is to provide thumb rules for developing power supply for an electric kart with a DC motor. Article includes consideration of battery system and designing process of power converter. A battery selection flowchart is introduced. Converter operation in buck mode is tested and evaluated. Needed improvements are discussed
